Over-Qualification Rule
For Project Scientific Officer and Project Scientific Assistant, candidates with a higher qualification than the one prescribed are treated as over-qualified and are not screened in. For example, an M.Tech. holder can’t apply for PSO, and a B.Tech. holder can’t apply for PSA. For PSA, only 3-year Diploma holders are considered.
