RSSB Platoon Commander Physical Test Result 2026: The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has released the official notification for Platoon Commander Recruitment 2025 in the Rajasthan Home Guard Department. This recruitment is only open to candidates who have qualified the CET (Graduation Level) 2024, making it a direct opportunity to secure a government position in a uniformed service role. The board has invited online applications for 84 posts, which include vacancies in both scheduled and non-scheduled areas.

RSSB Platoon Commander Recruitment 2025 Important Dates

The online application window will remain open from July 23, 2025 to August 21, 2025 (till 11:59 PM). Candidates must complete their One Time Registration (OTR) and submit the form within this period. The written exam of the RSSB Platoon Commander will be held on 22 November 2025. The Physical Result has been declared on 5 May 2026.

Horizontal reservation will apply for women, ex-servicemen, and outstanding sportspersons. PwD candidates are not eligible for this post.

RSSB Platoon Commander Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should be Graduate and must have cleared the Common Eligibility Test (Graduation Level) 2024.
Only residents of Rajasthan are eligible for reservation benefits. Other state candidates will be treated under the General category.
Married female candidates must upload Non-Creamy Layer certificates based on their father’s name and details.

Special Provisions for Divorced/Widowed Women
Supporting documents like marriage certificate, husband’s death certificate, or court order for divorce must be submitted.

RSSB Platoon Commander Recruitment 2025 Application Fee

• General & OBC/MBC (Creamy Layer): ₹600/-
• OBC/MBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, SC/ST of Rajasthan: ₹400/-
• PwD Candidates: ₹400/-
  Candidates who have already paid the OTR fee earlier do not need to pay again.

RSSB Platoon Commander Recruitment 2025 Selection Process (3 Stages)

1. Written Examination (400 Marks)
   • Paper-I (Hindi Language): Topics include word formation, word types, parts of speech, etc.
   • Economic Concepts and Indian Economy: Covers basics of economics, banking, finance, national income, e-commerce, stock market, etc.
2. Physical Measurement Test (PMT)
   • Male: Height – 168 cm, Chest – 81 cm (Unexpanded), 86 cm (Expanded)
     • For tribal/hilly area candidates: Height – 160 cm, Chest – 79/84 cm
   • Female: Height – 152 cm, Weight – 47.5 kg
     • For tribal/hilly area candidates: Height – 140 cm, Weight – 43 kg
3. Further stages, including an Interview, document verification, and medical tests, will be notified later.
