Selection Process & Exam Pattern

The selection process is based on multiple stages. Initially, applications are screened by the Directorate General RVS. Shortlisted candidates are called for the SSB Interview. Those who qualify the interview undergo a medical examination. Final merit is prepared based on performance in SSB and medical fitness.

There is no written exam for this recruitment. Final selection depends on overall merit and eligibility verification.

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will be commissioned as Captain in the Indian Army. They will receive pay as per Level 10 of the Pay Matrix, along with allowances such as:
