BSF Constable GD Sports Quota Recruitment 2025: The Border Security Force (BSF), under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has released a recruitment notification for 391 Constable (General Duty) posts under the Sports Quota for the year 2025 Phase-2nd. This is a great opportunity for meritorious sportspersons (both male and female) to join BSF in a Group “C” non-gazetted, non-ministerial role. The post is initially temporary but is likely to be made permanent later.
The BSF Constable GD Sports Quota Recruitment 2025 Notification has been released on 13 October 2025 and the online applications are invited from 16 October to 4 November 2025.

The selected candidates will be placed in Level-3 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, i.e., ₹21,700 – ₹69,100, along with other admissible allowances as per Central Government norms.
BSF Constable GD Sports Quota Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection of candidates for BSF Constable GD Sports Quota Recruitment 2025 will be based on the following stages:
- Checking of Testimonials/ Documents
- Measurement of Physical Standards (PST)
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
Only sportspersons who meet the required sports performance criteria and physical standards will be considered for final selection.
