Age Limit: As on July 1, 2025, candidates applying for both Clerk and Stenographer Grade-III posts must be between 18 and 42 years of age. The upper age limit is relaxable as per the instructions of the Hon’ble High Court and the Haryana Government from time to time.

Qualification To be eligible for these posts, candidates must fulfill the following qualifications as on July 1, 2025:

For Clerk Posts:

• A degree of Graduation in any stream or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Proficiency in the operation of Computer (word processing and spreadsheets).
• Must have passed the matriculation examination with Hindi or English as one of the subjects.

For Stenographer Grade-III Posts:

• A degree of Graduation in any stream or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Proficiency in the operation of Computer (word processing and spreadsheets).
• Proficiency in English shorthand at a speed of 80 words per minute (w.p.m.) and transcription at a speed of 20 words per minute (w.p.m.).
• Must have passed the matriculation examination with Hindi or English as one of the subjects.

Panipat Court Recruitment 2025 Selection Process and Exam Pattern

The selection process for both Panipat Court Recruitment 2025 Clerk and Stenographer Grade-III posts involves a written examination followed by relevant skill tests.

For Clerk Posts:

1. Written Examination: Candidates will undergo a written test covering:
   • English Composition (50 marks)
   • General Knowledge (50 marks)
   • To qualify, candidates must secure at least 40% marks in aggregate and a minimum of 33% in each individual subject.
2. Computer Proficiency Test/Computer Typing Test: Qualified candidates will be called for this test, where they must achieve an English typing speed of 30 w.p.m.

For Stenographer Grade-III Posts:

1. Written Examination: Candidates will appear for a written test in:
   • English Composition (50 marks)
   • General Knowledge (50 marks)
   • Candidates who qualify the written test will proceed to the next stage.
2. Shorthand Test: This test will assess proficiency in English shorthand at 80 w.p.m. and transcription at 20 w.p.m.
3. Computer Proficiency Test: Candidates will also be assessed for proficiency in computer operation, specifically in word processing and spreadsheets.
