CSIR UGC NET December 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Joint CSIR UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) December 2025 Notification on 25 September 2025. The CSIR UGC NET December 2025 Online Applications are invited from 25 September to 24 October 2025. The eligible candidates can apply online for the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 from the website https://csirnet.nta.nic.in. The CSIR UGC NET December 2025 Exam will be held on 18 December 2025 in two shifts on a single day.
Joint CSIR-UGC NET is a test to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for ‘award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor’, ‘appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.’, and ‘admission to Ph.D. only’ in Indian universities and colleges and R&D establishments.

CSIR UGC NET December 2025 Qualification
Age Limit: The age limit JRF is 18-30 Years while there is no upper age limit for the Assistant Professor and Ph.D admission. The cutoff date for the calculation of the age limit is 01.12.2025. The age relaxation will be given as per the rules.
