CSIR UGC NET June 2025: Notification, Apply Last Date Extended

CSIR UGC NET June 2025: The National Testting Agency (NTA) has extended the apply online last date of the CSIR UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) June 2025 exam. The CSIR UGC NET June 2025 apply last date is extended from 23 June to 26 June 2025. The eligible candidates can apply online for the CSIR UGC NET June 2025 from the website csirnet.nta.ac.in. The NTA will conduct the written exam on 26, 27 and 28 July 2025. Joint CSIR-UGC NET is a test to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for ‘award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor’, ‘appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.’ and ‘admission to Ph.D. only’ in Indian universities and colleges and R&D Establishment.

Vacancy Details and Qualification

Age Limit: The age limit JRF is 18-30 Years while there is no upper age limit for the Assistant Professor and Ph.D admission. The cutoff date for the calculation of the age limit is 01.07.2025. The age relaxation will be given as per the rules.
