Add as a Preferred Source on GoogleDGE NCSC SC/ST Free Coaching, Computer Course 2026: The Directorate General of Employment (DGE), Ministry of Labour & Employment, has released a notification for free coaching and training programmes for SC/ST job seekers through NCSC Centres across India. Eligible candidates can apply for different one-year and short-term courses under this scheme. The training programmes will be conducted at 25 NCSC Centres located in different states of the country. The DGE NCSC SC/ST Free Coaching, Computer Course 2026 applications have started, and the last date to apply is 31 May 2026.

Stipend Details
Candidates enrolled in Courses No. 1 to 6 will receive a stipend of Rs. 1000 per month during the course period. No stipend will be provided for short-term courses.
Training Centres
The coaching and training programmes will be conducted at 25 NCSC Centres, including Aizawl, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Hisar, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jaipur, Jammu, Jabalpur, Jalandhar, Jowai, Kanpur, Kohima, Nagpur, Naharlagun (Arunachal Pradesh), Puducherry, Ranchi, Surat, Thiruvananthapuram, Una, and Visakhapatnam.
How to Apply For DGE NCSC SC/ST Free Coaching, Computer Course 2026
Interested SC/ST candidates can visit the official websites www.ncs.gov.in or www.dge.gov.in and submit the application form for the National Career Service Centre for SC/STs. Candidates can select only one course and may indicate their order of preference while applying. Follow these steps to apply.
- Visit the National Career Service Portal: www.ncs.gov.in
- Register yourself as a Job Seeker if not already registered
- Complete your profile and save your NCS Registration Number
- Check eligibility: SC/ST category, 10+2 qualification, family income up to Rs. 3 lakh yearly, and required age limit
- Select only one course from the available training programmes
- Keep required details ready, including Aadhaar/ basic details, education details, income certificate, mobile number, email ID, bank details, and NCS Registration Number
- Visit the NCSC for SC/ST page: https://dge.gov.in/ncsc_for_sc_sts
- Find your nearest NCSC Centre from the list provided on the website
- Fill the application form with personal, educational, and bank details
- Mention the competitive exam you are preparing for (SSC, Banking, etc.)
- Submit the application online/offline as instructed by your selected NCSC Centre
- Submit the form before the last date: 31 May 2026
- Wait for further communication from the NCSC Centre regarding the selection/ training start date
