Add as a Preferred Source on GoogleDPCC Trainee Recruitment 2026: The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), Department of Environment, Government of NCT of Delhi, has released a notification for the engagement of Trainees on a contractual basis. The DPCC Trainee Recruitment 2026 Notification has been released on 17 May 2026, and the online applications are invited from 17 May to 6 June 2026. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official DPCC website dpcc.delhi.gov.in. A total of 150 trainee vacancies have been announced for Technical and Scientific Trainee positions.

DPCC Trainee Vacancy 2026 Details and Qualifications
The tentative distribution between Technical and Scientific Trainees shall be in the ratio of 10:01.

DPCC Trainee Selection Process 2026
The selection of trainees will be done on a merit basis as follows:
- Merit will be prepared on the basis of qualifying GATE/NET scores from the 2023 examination or later.
- If sufficient candidates are not available through GATE/NET merit, then merit will be prepared based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination passed in 2023 or later.
- The final merit list will first include GATE/ NET qualified candidates in order of merit and then candidates based on qualifying examination marks.

Important Information for Candidates
- Applications will be accepted only through online mode on the DPCC website.
- Applications submitted through physical form or any other mode will not be accepted.
- Candidates must attach copies of the GATE/ NET marks sheet and the qualifying examination marks sheet.
- Initial engagement will be for six months and may be extended in further spells of six months up to a maximum period of 3 years based on satisfactory performance.
- Reservation for SC, ST, OBC (NCL) Delhi, EWS, and PwBD categories will be applicable as per rules.
- Candidates who have earlier served as Trainees with DPCC are not eligible for re-engagement.
- Trainees cannot claim regular or permanent employment on the basis of this engagement.
How to Apply for DPCC Trainee Recruitment 2026
Eligible candidates have to submit their applications online through the official DPCC website as per the provided link. Candidates should complete the application process within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement on the DPCC website. No application in any other mode will be entertained.
