HSTES Haryana B.Tech & B.Arch Admission 2026-27: The Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES), Panchkula, has released the official Admission Brochure for admission to B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch Courses for Session 2026-27 in Government, University Departments, and Private Self-Financing Institutions of Haryana. The admission process will be conducted through online centralized counseling on the official portal. Candidates can check eligibility, counseling process, registration dates, fee details, and important instructions from the official prospectus.

Application Fee

The registration fee is non-refundable.

Basis of Admission

For B.E./B.Tech: Admission will be done on the basis of Inter-se Merit of JEE Main 2026 conducted by NTA through online off-campus counseling.

For B.Arch: Admission will be based on the combined merit prepared from:

• NATA 2026 percentile score or any aptitude test recognized by COA
• Marks obtained in the qualifying examination

Both will have 50:50 weightage.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech

Candidates should have passed 10+2 with subjects including Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, or Entrepreneurship as applicable for the discipline with 45% Marks (40% for reserved category).

• Haryana candidates must provide a PPP ID during registration.
• Photograph and signature upload are mandatory.
• Application forms are available only online.
• Candidates should carefully verify all fetched PPP details before final submission.
• Choice filling will be available only after the fee payment.
