Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree with a minimum 65% marks in the relevant discipline. Final year students can also apply if they meet the eligibility conditions.

Age Limit

Salary Details

During training, candidates will get a ₹60,000 per month stipend. After successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as an Engineer in the pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000.

Approximate CTC after absorption is around ₹19–20 Lakh per annum, along with additional benefits like accommodation, transport, allowances, and performance incentives.

Selection of EIL MT Recruitment 2026 through GATE will be based on:

• Personal Interview

Shortlisted candidates based on the GATE score will be called for the further selection process.

Job Profile & Training

Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainees and undergo 1 year of training. During this period, candidates will gain experience in areas like engineering design, project execution, procurement, construction management, and other technical functions.

After training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers and can be posted anywhere in India or abroad, depending on project requirements.
