Haryana Anganwadi Recruitment 2025: The Haryana Government has announced that more than 7600 vacant posts of Anganwadi Workers and Helpers will be filled soon. The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) may release the Haryana Anganwadi Recruitment 2025 Notification in the coming months. The recruitment process has been sped up by the Department of Women and Child Development to strengthen the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) in the state. Along with new recruitments, the government has also increased the promotion quota and revised the eligibility rules.

Haryana Anganwadi Recruitment 2025 Total Vacancies

As per the latest update, the state government has approved 25,962 Anganwadi Centres. For smooth functioning, the same number of posts for workers and helpers has been sanctioned. Out of these, thousands are currently lying vacant.

This shows that over 7,100 posts are vacant, and the government will soon fill them on priority.

Promotion Policy Changed

The government has adopted a two-way strategy for filling the vacancies. Firstly, working Anganwadi Helpers will be promoted to the posts of Workers. To make this process effective, the promotion quota has been increased from 25% to 50%. This will give experienced helpers a better chance to grow and also ensure that leadership at centres remains in the hands of people with ground-level experience.

After the promotion process, the remaining vacancies will also be filled on priority basis.

Haryana Anganwadi Recruitment 2025 New Educational Qualifications

The Haryana Government has revised the minimum qualification criteria for new recruitment:

• Anganwadi Worker: 12th Pass (Earlier 10th Pass)
• Anganwadi Helper: 10th Pass (Earlier 5th Pass)

This proposal from the Women and Child Development Department has already been approved by the Chief Minister.

Haryana Anganwadi Recruitment 2025 Eligibility and Age Limit

As per the official order issued recently:

1. Educational Qualification:
   • Worker – Minimum 12th pass
   • Helper – Minimum 10th pass
2. Age Limit: 18 to 42 years
3. Age Relaxation:
   • Up to 45 years for widows, divorcees, deserted women, or women whose husbands are handicapped (70% or above).
   • Certificates required as proof from competent authorities.
4. Special Conditions for Widows:
   • Death certificate of husband
   • Affidavit of not being remarried
   • Certificate issued by Sarpanch/concerned authority
