Indian Air Force MTS Recruitment Advt 02/2026: The Indian Air Force has released a notification for the direct recruitment of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) Group ‘C’ Civilian Posts in IAF under Advertisement No. 02/2026. Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment at Air Force Stations/Units mentioned in the notification. Eligible candidates may address their application to the given postal address.

The last date for receipt of the application form is 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar. The Indian Air Force MTS Recruitment 2026 Notification is released in the 27 June- 3 July 2026 Employment Newspaper.

Age Limit, Vacancy Details, and Qualification

Age Limit: The age limit to apply for this recruitment is 18-25 years. The crucial date for determining the age limit is the last date of receipt of the application, i.e., 27 July 2026 (Use Age Calculator). Age relaxation is given as per the rules.

Indian Air Force MTS Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection of the candidate will be purely based on the written test only.

• Scrutiny of applications in terms of age limit, minimum qualification, documents, and certificates.
• Issue of call letters for the written test to eligible candidates.
• Written test based on minimum educational qualification.
• Written examination syllabus:
  • General Intelligence and Reasoning
  • Numerical Aptitude
  • General English
  • General Awareness
• Question cum answer paper will be in English and Hindi.
• Shortlisted candidates are required to bring original certificates and copies of annexures attached with the application at the time of document verification.

How to Apply For Indian Air Force MTS Recruitment 2026

Eligible candidates can apply to the given postal address of Air Force Station mentioned in the notification, subject to vacancies and qualifications.

• The application should be as per the prescribed format at Annexure-I.
• Submit all documents in support of Educational Qualification, Age, Technical Qualification, Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), Experience Certificate, and Caste Certificate, if applicable.
• OBC candidates should submit a certificate showing that they do not belong to any of the creamy layer.
• EWS candidates must possess a valid Asset Certificate as prescribed.
• The application form should be typed in English/Hindi with a recent passport-size photograph duly self-attested.
• Self-addressed envelope with a stamp of Rs. 10/- should be pasted.
• The address should be typed in English/Hindi.
• Applicants are required to mention clearly on the envelope: APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ________ AND CATEGORY ________.
• Two passport-size photographs (same as affixed on the application form) should be enclosed.
• Applications received before the publication date or after the closing date will not be entertained.
