RRB Group D Exam Date 2026 Out For CEN 09/2025: CBT Schedule Released for Level-1 Posts

RRB Group D Exam Date 2026 CEN 09/2025: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially released the RRB Group D Exam Date 2026 for CEN 09/2025. As per the latest notice issued on 03 July 2026, the Computer Based Test (CBT) for Level-1 posts under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix will be conducted from 03 August 2026 to 21 August 2026 across the country.

Candidates who have successfully applied for the 22,195 Group D vacancies can now start preparing for the examination. The Exam City Intimation Link will be activated around 10 days before the examination, while the E-Call Letter (Admit Card) will be available approximately 4 days before the respective exam date.

Age Limit, Vacancy Details and Qualification

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 33 Years
• Age Cut-off Date: 01 January 2026
• Age relaxation is applicable as per RRB rules.

The selection process includes the following stages:

• Computer Based Test (CBT)
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

RRB Group D CBT Exam Schedule 2026

According to the official notice issued by the Railway Recruitment Boards, the Computer Based Test (CBT) for CEN 09/2025 Level-1 Recruitment will be conducted from 03 August 2026 to 21 August 2026. The examination will be held at various centres across India.

Candidates are advised to regularly check their respective RRB websites for the latest updates regarding exam city, shift timings, and admit card.

Exam City Intimation Slip

RRB has informed that the Exam City and Date Intimation Link will be activated approximately 10 days before the examination. SC/ST candidates will also be able to download their Travel Authority through the same link.

RRB Group D Admit Card 2026

The RRB Group D Admit Card 2026 will be released approximately 4 days before the candidate’s examination date. Candidates can download their E-Call Letter by logging in with their registration credentials.

Aadhaar Authentication Guidelines

RRB has instructed candidates to complete Aadhaar authentication before the examination. On the exam day, candidates should carry:

• Original Aadhaar Card, or
• Printout of verified Aadhaar

Biometric authentication linked with Aadhaar will be carried out at the examination centre for smooth entry into the CBT. Candidates should also ensure that their Aadhaar remains unlocked in the UIDAI system before the exam.
