SSC Stenographer Result 2025: The Staff Selection Commission has officially declared the SSC Stenographer Grade C & Grade D Result 2025 for the Computer Based Examination conducted earlier in August 2025. This important announcement confirms the number of candidates shortlisted for the Skill Test stage, the cut-off marks for all categories, and details about withheld and rejected candidates. The result has been prepared using normalized scores because the exam was held in multiple shifts, and minimum qualifying marks were applied as per examination rules. This result will now decide who proceeds to the Skill Test round, which is the next mandatory phase in the selection process for both Grade C and Grade D stenographer posts.

SSC Steno Result 2025 Overview

The Computer Based Examination for SSC Stenographer Grade C and D was conducted on 06, 07, 08, and 11 August 2025 across various exam centres in the country. As per the notice, minimum qualifying marks were fixed at 30% for UR, 25% for OBC/EWS, and 20% for all other categories. Based on normalized scores, the Commission has shortlisted 8,624 candidates for Grade C Skill Test and 22,456 candidates for Grade D Skill Test. The result also includes information about withheld and rejected candidates and those whose results were not processed due to debarment.

Similar to Grade C, the Commission has added reserved category candidates qualifying at the UR cut-off into their respective categories.

Withheld and Rejected Candidates List

According to the result notice, the Commission has withheld the results of 32 candidates due to various reasons. In addition, the candidature of 49 candidates has been completely rejected. Furthermore, the results of 100 candidates have not been processed because they are debarred from SSC examinations. All roll numbers are available in the official PDF.
