APSSB CGL Recruitment 2026: The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has officially released the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Recruitment 2026 Notification (Advt No. 03/2026) for multiple Group ‘C’ posts. As per the official notice, a total of 122 vacancies have been announced for posts like Personal Assistant (Stenographer Gr-III), Upper Division Clerk (UDC), and Librarian. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website starting from 24 March 2026 to 16 April 2026.

APSSB CGL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process differs slightly depending on the post:

For Personal Assistant (Stenographer):

• Stage 1: Stenography Proficiency Test (Qualifying)
• Stage 2: Written Examination

For Librarian & UDC:

• Only Written Examination

Exam Pattern

• Duration: 2 Hours
• Minimum qualifying marks: 33%
• No negative marking
