IB SA Executive Tier 2 Result 2026: The Intelligence Bureau (IB) under the Ministry of Home Affairs has officially declared the IB Security Assistant (SA) Tier-2 Result 2026 on 8 May 2026. Candidates who appeared in the Tier-2 Descriptive Examination for the post of Security Assistant/ Executive (SA/Exe) can now check their qualifying status through the official result PDF. The IB SA Executive Tier 2 Result 2026 has been declared on 8 May 2026.
The IB Security Assistant recruitment was conducted for 4987 vacancies across different Subsidiary Intelligence Bureaux (SIBs) in India. Candidates who qualify in Tier-2 will now be called for the Tier-3 Interview/ Personality Test round.

Candidates securing the required qualifying marks in Tier-2 are shortlisted for the final Interview round.
IB Security Assistant Tier-3 Interview Details
The Tier-3 stage is the Interview/ Personality Test round. Only candidates who qualify for both Tier-1 and Tier-2 are eligible to appear in this stage. The final merit list will be prepared in accordance with the recruitment rules issued by the Intelligence Bureau.
