DHE Haryana PG Admission 2026-27: Revised Admission Schedule, Registration, Merit List and Counselling

DHE Haryana PG Admission 2026-27: The Department of Higher Education (DHE), Government of Haryana, has released the revised admission schedule for Postgraduate (PG) courses for the academic session 2026-27. As per the revised schedule, online registration for PG admission is open from 17 July 2026 to 21 August 2026. Candidates can edit their application forms through OTP-based verification from 18 July to 22 August 2026, while online document verification will continue up to 23 August 2026.

The PG admission process will be conducted through the Haryana Higher Education online admission portal. The first merit list will be released provisionally on 23 August 2026 and finally on 24 August 2026. Candidates selected in the first merit list can submit their admission fee from 25 August to 27 August 2026. After the first counselling round, physical counselling will be conducted for leftover seats.

Haryana PG Admission 2026-27 Application Process

Candidates interested in PG admission are required to complete the online admission process through the Haryana Higher Education admission portal. The admission portal describes the process through online registration, application submission, verification, merit-based counselling and fee payment.

Candidates should complete the following steps:

1. Online Registration: Complete OTP-based registration on the admission portal.
2. Application Form: Enter personal and educational details and provide the required information, documents and college/course preferences.
3. Document Verification: The concerned college verifies the application and documents. If an objection or discrepancy is raised, the applicant is informed and must remove the objection through the student login.
4. Merit List: Candidates are considered for admission through the merit-based counselling process.
5. Fee Payment: Candidates included in the merit list can submit the admission fee within the prescribed schedule.
6. Admission Confirmation: After successful fee payment, the fee receipt can be downloaded from the portal and the admission is confirmed.
