Punjab PSSSB Group D Recruitment Advt 04/2026: The Subordinate Services Selection Board Punjab (SSSB Punjab) has released a new recruitment notification for Group D posts, including Sevadar and Chowkidar via Advt No. 04/2026. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have passed 10th and are looking for a government job in Punjab. Vacancy Details & Qualification

Number of Vacancies: The number of vacancies will be notified later by the Subordinate Services Selection Board, Punjab (SSSB).

Candidates must also qualify the Punjabi language test with a minimum 50% marks, otherwise they will not be considered in the final merit list.

Punjab PSSSB Group D Recruitment Advt 04/2026 Selection Process

The selection process will be based on a written examination (MCQ-based), which will be conducted in two parts:

Part A will be a Punjabi language test at the matric level, which is qualifying in nature, and candidates must secure at least 50% marks.

Part B will decide the final merit. Each question will carry 1 mark, and a negative marking of 1/4 mark will be applicable for wrong answers.

Final selection will be based on merit, document verification, and counselling.
