Rajasthan RSRTC Free Travel for Competition Exam Students 2026: Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) has introduced a new system for candidates appearing in competitive exams. अब प्रतियोगी परीक्षार्थियों को रोडवेज बसों में फ्री या रियायती यात्रा सुविधा लेने के लिए पहले ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा। According to the office order issued by the IT Branch of RSRTC Headquarters Jaipur on 13 May 2026, only registered candidates will be able to get the “Competition Exam” category ticket facility in Rajasthan Roadways buses.

The department has started this Rajasthan Competition Exam Bus Pass Online system to make ticket verification more transparent and to stop fake concession ticket cases. पहले कई मामलों में केवल एडमिट कार्ड के आधार पर टिकट जारी हो रहे थे, लेकिन अब रोल नंबर का ETIM डेटाबेस से मिलान होने के बाद ही टिकट जारी किया जाएगा।

Rajasthan Competition Exam Bus Pass Registration Process

According to the notice, candidates will have to visit the RSRTC website and open the “Competitive Exam Candidate Registration Portal.” यहां अभ्यर्थियों को अपनी परीक्षा से संबंधित जानकारी भरनी होगी और एडमिट कार्ड अपलोड करना अनिवार्य होगा। OTP based verification will also be completed during registration.

The notice clearly states that registration must be completed at least 36 hours before the examination. इसके बाद पोर्टल पर रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया स्वतः बंद हो जाएगी।

RSRTC Exam Free Ticket Notification Details

The office order explains that registered candidates’ roll numbers will be added to the ETIM master database. After synchronization, all ETIM machines used by conductors will have updated candidate data. जब कोई परीक्षार्थी “Competition Exam” category के तहत टिकट मांगेगा, तब परिचालक ETIM मशीन में उसका रोल नंबर दर्ज करेगा।

After entering the roll number, the ETIM machine will automatically verify it from the database. अगर रोल नंबर पंजीकृत और वैध पाया जाता है तभी रियायती टिकट जारी किया जाएगा।

• Only registered candidates will receive concession tickets.
• गैर-पंजीकृत या अमान्य रोल नंबर वाले उम्मीदवारों को पूरा किराया देना होगा।

Rajasthan Roadways Free Travel System Introduced to Stop Fraud

RSRTC stated that the new arrangement has been implemented to stop fake ticket generation cases in the name of competitive exam candidates. पहले केवल एडमिट कार्ड देखकर टिकट जारी किए जा रहे थे, जिससे फर्जी टिकट मामलों की शिकायतें सामने आई थीं। Now, ticket issuance will depend completely on roll number verification through the ETIM system.

Monitoring and MIS Reporting System

The notice also mentions that the system will generate reports related to total registrations and issued tickets. इन रिपोर्ट्स का उपयोग ऑडिट और Reconciliation प्रक्रिया के लिए किया जाएगा। After examinations, ETIM machine data will also be matched with portal data to identify discrepancies.

Action Against Unregistered Candidates

According to the office order, candidates with invalid or unregistered roll numbers will have to travel after paying the full ticket amount. यदि कोई व्यक्ति बिना वैध टिकट यात्रा करता पाया जाता है तो उसके खिलाफ नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
