For both posts, candidates must hold the President Scout / Guide / Rover / Ranger award or Himalaya Wood Badge (HWB), must have been an active member of a Scouts organisation for the last 5 years (certificate as per Annexure-I), and must have attended two National level or All India Railway level events and two State level events.
