SSC CHSL Result 2026: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially declared the First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA) for the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025. Following the Tier-I results announced on February 27, 2026, and the Tier-II examinations held in April 2026, option-cum-preferences were submitted online by 13,395 candidates between June 19 and June 25, 2026. Out of these, 3,515 candidates have been provisionally recommended for Document Verification based on their performance in Section-I and Section-II of Tier-II, subject to qualifying the CKT and Skill/Typing Tests. The notice also outlines specific cut-offs for Section-III and Section-IV, tie-resolution rules, and notes that results for 8 candidates have been withheld, 1 candidate’s candidature was cancelled, and 12 candidates have been debarred.
To ensure maximum vacancy fulfillment, the Commission is implementing a “Sliding Mechanism” for a single round of reallocation. Recommended candidates must log into the official SSC website (https://ssc.gov.in/) between August 20, 2026, and August 22, 2026, to select their venue, date, and slot for this process. The physical sliding process will take place at designated Regional Office cities from September 1 to September 3, 2026; candidates who fail to attend physically will be marked absent and excluded from the final result. Additionally, final answer keys used for evaluation and the detailed marks of both selected and non-selected candidates will be uploaded on the website in due course.

Age Limit: The age limit to apply for SSC CHSL 2025 is 18-27 Years. The cutoff date for the calculation of the age limit is 01.01.2026. The age relaxation will be given as per the rules.
