AAI NER Apprentice Recruitment 2026: The Airports Authority of India (AAI), Regional Headquarters (North Eastern Region), Guwahati has released the notification for the engagement of Graduate, Diploma, and Trade Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the year 2026-27. Eligible candidates who are domiciles of the North Eastern Region can apply for one year of apprenticeship training at various AAI airports in the region.

As per the notification, the last date to submit the online application is 28 July 2026 (Tuesday). The recruitment includes Graduate, Diploma, and ITI Trade Apprentice positions in different engineering disciplines and trades.

Age Limit, Vacancy Details, and Qualification

Age Limit: The age limit to apply for AAI NER Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is 18 to 26 years. The cutoff date for the calculation of the age limit is 28 July 2026 (Use Age Calculator). The age relaxation will be given as per the Government of India guidelines for applicable categories.

The selection process will be carried out as mentioned in the official notification.

• Provisional selection based on percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination
• Interview/ Document Verification for shortlisted candidates
• Verification of certificates
• Submission of Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining

Eligible candidates can apply online through the prescribed apprenticeship portals mentioned in the notification.

• Register on the concerned NATS or NAPS portal before applying.
• Graduate and Diploma candidates should apply through the BOAT/RDAT portal.
• ITI Trade candidates should apply through the NAPS portal.
• Search for the establishment “Airports Authority of India – RHQ NER, Guwahati”.
• Click on the Apply button after selecting the establishment.
• Submit the online application before 28 July 2026.
• Only applications submitted through the NATS/NAPS portal will be considered.
