UPTET Result 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has officially declared the written examination results on 26 August 2026 for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET 2026) under Advertisement Number 01/2026. A massive total of 19,94,661 registered candidates took part in the exam conducted across 5 shifts on 02, 03, and 04 July 2026. The official result announcement was made on 26 August 2026. Candidates who qualified in this eligibility test will now proceed to receive their official eligibility certificates for future teacher recruitment drives.
A huge congratulations to all successful candidates! Out of 7,13,648 candidates who appeared for the Primary Level (Class 1 to 5), 5,71,435 candidates (80.07%) passed, while out of 10,57,021 candidates for the Upper Primary Level (Class 6 to 8), 7,59,513 candidates (71.85%) cleared the examination. Furthermore, a significant number of working teachers also successfully qualified. Ensure you check your scorecard and roll number status on the official portal right away.

- Click on the link for UPTET Result 2026 / Selection List.
- Enter your Roll Number / Registration Number and Date of Birth if prompted, or open the result PDF directly.
- Use Ctrl + F to quickly search for your Roll Number or Name in the qualified candidates list.
- Download and print your scorecard or merit list for future reference.
Normalization Process Applied
As per Point-09 of Advertisement 01/2026, due to the large volume of candidates (19.94+ Lakhs) taking the exam across 5 different shifts, UPESSC applied a standard comparative normalization method to evaluate scores fairly across all shifts prior to compiling the final result.
