Haryana Berojgari Bhatta Yojana 2026-27: The Employment Department, Government of Haryana, invites online applications for the “Unemployment Allowance for the Educated Unemployed Youth Scheme” (Samanya Berojgari Bhatta Yojana) for the financial year 2026-27. Educated unemployed youth of Haryana will get a monthly allowance of Rs. 1,200/- to Rs. 2,000/-, at the rates increased by the State Government from May 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online only at hrex.gov.in from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026.

हरियाणा सरकार की बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना के तहत 12वीं पास युवाओं को ₹1,200 और स्नातक युवाओं को ₹2,000 प्रतिमाह भत्ता मिलेगा। आवेदन 1 नवंबर से 30 नवंबर 2026 तक केवल hrex.gov.in पर ऑनलाइन होंगे।

The allowance depends on your qualification. 12th pass candidates and those with a 2-year certificate/ diploma after Matric get Rs. 1,200/- per month. Graduates and those with a 3-year diploma after 10+2 get Rs. 2,000/- per month. You must have been registered with an employment exchange in Haryana for at least 3 continuous years as on 1 November 2026, and your family’s annual income must not exceed Rs. 3 lakh.

Eligibility for Haryana Berojgari Bhatta Yojana 2026-27

To get the unemployment allowance, the applicant must meet the following conditions:

• The applicant must be a domicile of Haryana.
• The applicant must have been registered with any Employment Exchange in Haryana continuously for at least 3 years as on 1 November 2026.
• The annual family income from all sources, including the spouse’s, must not exceed Rs. 3,00,000/-.
• The family must not own residential or commercial property worth more than Rs. 10 lakh, or more than 2 hectares of agricultural land.
• The applicant must not be a student, trainee or apprentice, and must not be employed or self-employed.
• The applicant must not be a dismissed Government employee.
• The applicant must not have been convicted of any offence with imprisonment of 6 months or more.
• The applicant must not be registered under the Saksham Yuva Scheme of the Employment Department.

पात्रता: हरियाणा का निवासी, रोजगार कार्यालय में कम से कम 3 वर्ष से लगातार पंजीकृत, आयु 21-35 वर्ष और परिवार की वार्षिक आय 3 लाख रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। आवेदक विद्यार्थी, प्रशिक्षु, अप्रेंटिस या नौकरीपेशा/स्वरोजगार में नहीं होना चाहिए।

• Family ID (Parivar Pehchan Patra / PPP document)
• Property attestation by the Revenue Authority (Annexure-A), attested by the SDM (Civil)
• Self-Declaration Form (Annexure-B)
• Valid Employment Registration ID card (on the Live Register at hrex.gov.in)
• Haryana Domicile Certificate attested by the competent authority
• Self-attested copies of all educational certificates
• Ration Card (married women must give their in-laws’ ration card, joint or separate)
• 2 passport size photographs
• Aadhaar Card copy
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar-linked bank account passbook

Already getting the allowance? You only need your Family ID, the Self-Declaration (Annexure-B), a valid Employment Registration ID card and your Aadhaar-linked bank passbook.

How to Apply for Haryana Berojgari Bhatta Yojana 2026-27

Follow these steps to apply for Haryana Berojgari Bhatta Yojana 2026-27:

• Visit hrex.gov.in from 1 November 2026 and log in with your employment registration details.
• Open the “UEA Application” tab and download the Annexure-A property proforma (PDF).
• Get Annexure-A verified by the Patwari / Municipal Official and attested by the SDM (Civil) of your area.
• Fill in the online application form and upload all the required documents.
• Submit the form by 30 November 2026 and print it. The printout must be signed by the applicant and signed or thumb-printed by the Head of the Family.
