UP Police OTR 2025: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has officially launched the One Time Registration (OTR) system at new website upprbp.in to make the application process easier, faster, and more transparent for all candidates. This new facility has come into effect from July 31, 2025, and will now be mandatory for all future online applications under UP Police recruitment.

The UPPPB has also given a chance to the candidates to modify their credentials on the OTR Form. The OTR modification window has been opened from 2 September 2025. The candidates should be careful during the OTR process, as no other chance would be given in the future to modify the OTR details. So, the candidates should make the OTR corrections carefully.

With the implementation of the OTR system, candidates applying for any UP Police recruitment in the future will have to complete the one-time registration before submitting any application. Once registered, applicants will not need to fill in their personal details like name, father’s name, and date of birth again and again for each new recruitment. How to Apply for UP Police OTR 2025

To register for the One Time Registration, candidates need to follow these important instructions carefully:

Step 1: Unique Email ID and Mobile Number
Every candidate must register using a unique email ID and a unique mobile number. These contact details cannot be changed during the entire recruitment process, so make sure to use active and personal details only.

Step 2: Use Valid Documents for Verification
Candidates can register using any one of the following documents: Aadhaar Card, DigiLocker, Driving License, PAN Card, or Passport. These documents will help verify your identity during registration.

Step 3: Enter Accurate Details as per Matric Certificate
Only the information recorded in your Matriculation/High School certificate will be considered valid for the OTR process. Make sure that your Name, Gender, and Date of Birth entered during registration exactly match the details in your 10th mark sheet or certificate.

Step 4: Use DigiLocker (if available)
If you have linked your 10th certificate with DigiLocker, the system will automatically fetch your details. If not, you can also manually enter your details during the registration process.

To begin registration, visit the official website https://uppbpb.gov.in and click the OTR registration link available at https://apply.uppbpb.in or upprpb.in. Follow the step-by-step instructions on the portal to complete your profile.
