Haryana RTE Admission 2026-27: The Haryana Government has officially started the RTE Admission 2026-27 process for children belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Disadvantaged Groups (DG) under the Right to Education Act, 2009. As per the official notice issued by the Directorate of Elementary Education, eligible candidates can now apply online for admission in private schools under the 25% reserved quota through the Ujjwal Portal direct link given here.
The online application process has started from 09 April 2026 and will continue till 16 April 2026 (11:59 PM). Parents are advised to carefully fill out the form through the official RTE admission portal and ensure all details are correct before final submission.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following conditions:
- Must be a resident of Haryana
- Must belong to EWS / Disadvantaged Group category
- For EWS category, annual family income should not exceed ₹1,80,000
- Address must fall within 0–3 KM radius of selected school
Application Process
Parents need to follow the below steps while applying:
- Visit the official RTE admission portal
- Register using valid details and OTP-based login
- Upload required documents like PPP (Family ID) and Aadhaar Card
- Select schools within 0–1 KM and 1–3 KM radius carefully
- Review the form and submit it finally before the deadline
As per portal guidelines, only finally submitted applications will be considered, and incomplete forms will be rejected

Selection Process
The selection will be done through a computerized lottery system. School allotment will be done randomly and approved by the concerned committee. Selected candidates must report to the allotted school within 5 days, otherwise their admission will be cancelled
Document Verification
After registration, candidates will have to appear before the Block Level Committee with original documents for verification. Admission will be confirmed only after successful verification.
Important Instructions
Applicants should keep the following points in mind:
- Use a stable internet connection and avoid filling the form on mobile
- Upload clear and readable documents only
- Do not share OTP or login details with anyone
- Avoid last date rush to prevent server issues
- Keep a printout of final submitted application form
