NEET UG 2026 OMR Sheet: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the scanned images of the OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Responses for candidates who appeared in the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination conducted on 21 June 2026. Candidates can now log in to the official NEET portal to view their OMR sheet and recorded responses. If any discrepancy is found between the marked answers and the recorded responses, candidates can submit an online challenge within the prescribed period.
The online challenge facility has been activated from 13 July 2026 and will remain available until 15 July 2026 (11:00 AM). A processing fee of ₹200 per response challenged is applicable. The Answer Key Challenge process has already concluded, and only challenges related to the recorded OMR responses will be accepted.

Who Can Challenge the Recorded Responses?
Candidates who appeared in the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination and find any mismatch between the answers marked on their physical OMR sheet and the responses recorded by the scanning system can submit an online challenge. The challenge facility is available only through the official portal during the specified period.
How to Challenge NEET UG 2026 OMR Recorded Responses
- Visit the official NEET UG website.
- Login using your Application Number and Password.
- Complete the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using the OTP received on your registered mobile number and email.
- Open the View/Challenge OMR Sheet & Recorded Responses link.
- Compare your scanned OMR sheet with the recorded responses.
- Select the question(s) where you find a discrepancy.
- Pay ₹200 per response challenged through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Submit the challenge.
- Download and print the acknowledgement page for future reference.
