Chandigarh Teacher Recruitment 2026: The Chandigarh Administration Department of Education has issued a public notice regarding the upcoming new teacher recruitment process in government schools. According to the notice, the administration is currently finalizing the recruitment process and is expected to release the official teacher recruitment notification by 31 July 2026. The Chandigarh Education Department will soon release the NTT, JBT, TGT, and PGT Teaching posts notification in July 2026.

As per the public notice dated 28 May 2026, around 582 teaching vacancies are expected to be filled through this recruitment drive. The vacancies are likely to be distributed among various teaching categories, including Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Junior Basic Teacher (JBT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) posts.
