PSSSB Jail Warder, AS, and Matron Recruitment 2026: The Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has released the notification for the recruitment of various posts in the Jail Vibhag of the Punjab Government. The Online applications are invited by the PSSSB from eligible candidates for a total of 500 posts, including 29 Assistant Superintendents, 451 Warders, and 20 Matrons in the Jail Department, Punjab, through the Board’s website sssb.punjab.gov.inThe online applications are reopened from 1 to 3 September 2025.

Age Limit: The age limit to apply for PSSSB Jail Vibhag Vacancy 2025 is 18-27 Years for Warder and Matron, 21-27 Years for Assistant Superintendent. The cutoff date for the calculation of the age limit is 01.01.2025. The age relaxation will be given as per the rules.
