UPSSSC UP PET Admit Card 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has officially released the advertisement for the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2026, issued under Advertisement No. 16-Pariksha/2026. This exam is a mandatory qualifying test for candidates who wish to apply for various Group B and Group C posts under UP government departments in the coming recruitment cycles. The UPSSSC UP PET 2026 notification has been released on 01 August 2026. Online registration begins on 03 August 2026, and the last date to submit the application and pay the fee is 07 September 2026. The UP PET Exam will be held on 25, 30 October, 1 November 2026. The UP PET 2026 exam city intimation slip 2026 has been released on 12 October 2026. The UP PET 2026 Admit Card 2026 has been released on 17 October 2026.
For those unfamiliar with the exam, PET is not tied to a specific post — it’s a common screening test conducted once a year, and your score card (valid for 3 years) is what departments use to shortlist you for their individual Mains exams later. Before applying, make sure you’ve completed your One Time Registration (OTR) on the official portal and double-check that you meet the basic eligibility conditions — age limit and educational qualification — since UPSSSC does not entertain requests to fix mistakes after the correction window closes.
