Age Limit, Vacancy Details, and Qualification

Age Limit: The age limit for Hartron Junior Programmer Recruitment 2026 is 18-42 Years. The cutoff date for the calculation of the age limit is 01.01.2026 (Use Age Calculator). Age Relaxation will be given as per the rules.

Test Centres and Panel Validity

• The selection test will be conducted only at IDDC, Ambala and HMSDC, Gurugram.
• The panel shall remain valid for 2 years from the date of publishing of the result on Hartron’s website, extendable up to a maximum of 5 years at Hartron’s discretion.
• Merely clearing the test and getting on the panel does not guarantee placement — deployment happens on receipt of confirmed requirement from the indenting organisation.
• Hartron/MD/JMD reserves the right to vary or cancel any or all positions based on requirement, without assigning any reason.

Hartron Junior Programmer Selection Process

The selection process for Hartron Junior Programmer Recruitment 2026 includes the following stages:

• 1st Test — Domain Knowledge Test (MCQ-based)
• Scrutiny of documents for candidates who clear the 1st test
• Mandatory Training (approx. 50 hours over 1 month) at IDDC, Ambala and/or HMSDC, Gurugram, on payment of a refundable security deposit
• 2nd Test — Practical/Project Test
• Final panel formation based on merit and reservation roster

Note on Training & Security Deposit: Candidates who clear the 1st test and document scrutiny must undergo one month of training (minimum 75% attendance required) before appearing in the 2nd test. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 1,500/- must be paid after clearing the 1st test — refundable only if the candidate maintains 75% training attendance, clears the 2nd test within 2 attempts, and causes no damage to Hartron property/equipment.
