BSF Tradesman PET PST Result 2026: The Border Security Force (BSF) has officially released the BSF Constable Tradesman PET/PST Result 2026 on 10 June 2026 for the recruitment cycle of 2024 and 2025. Candidates who appeared in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) can now check whether their roll number has been shortlisted for the second phase of the recruitment process. According to the official notice issued by BSF on 10 June 2026, a total of 1,81,143 candidates have been provisionally qualified for the next stage, which is the written examination.

The recruitment notification for BSF Constable Tradesman posts was published in Employment News on 26 July 2025, while the detailed advertisement was uploaded on the BSF website on 25 July 2025. The last date to submit online applications was 23 August 2025. Later, BSF also issued two corrigendums on 06 January 2026 and 09 January 2026. The PET/PST process was conducted at various recruitment centers across the country from 26 December 2025 to 28 March 2026.

BSF Tradesman Recruitment 2025-26 Eligibility Conditions

Age Limit:

• 18 to 25 years as on the closing date (24 August 2025)
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories as per Central Govt. norms

Educational Qualification:

• Cook, Water Carrier, Walter: Matric + NSQF Level Course in food production or kitchen from NSDC or recognized institute
• Carpenter, Plumber, Painter, Electrician, Pump Operator, Upholster:
  • Matric + 2-year ITI in relevant trade
  • OR 1-year ITI/Vocational course + 1-year experience
• Cobbler, Tailor, Washerman, Barber, Sweeper, Khoji/ Syce:
  • Matriculation + Proficiency in trade + Must qualify Trade Test

The selection process of the BSF Tradesman Recruitment 2025 includes the following stages:

BSF has informed that 1,81,143 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the second phase of recruitment. Out of these, 1,76,361 are male candidates and 4,782 are female candidates. These candidates will now be eligible to appear in the written examination, which is the next stage of the selection process.

What Happens After PET/PST Result?

Candidates whose roll numbers are available in the result PDF have qualified the physical stage and will now appear for the written examination. The written test will be conducted by BSF as per the recruitment schedule.
